[Bug]: PHP ERROR (Redis::pconnect()) | redis server flooded with requests and connections

Bug description

I've updated my nextcloud instance to the current supported 22.2.6. A few minutes after that, my nextcloud.log was flooded with a lot of entries. I tried to find out the reason and found out, that the count of redis server connection is increasing drastically up to 500 and more. I tried different thinks (increase max connections, ...) but i had to import the backup of 22.2.5. After that i checked, how many redis connections nextcloud needed now. It does not go beyond 3.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update a nice working nextcloud instance from 22.2.5 -> 22.2.6 with php /var/www/nextcloud/updater/updater.phar
2. let nextcloud do it's thing and check the logs

Expected behavior

Nothing is happening and nextcloud works as expected

Apart from that a common thing seems to also enable a TCP keep alive on the client side which we might want to do in the redis factory for persistent connections:

because i couldn't found this place in .../lib/private/RedisFactory.php. I also haven't found sth like a/lib/private/RedisFactory.php.

After applying the changes for redis in php.ini, redis.conf and nextcloud.conf, i din't get new log entries, but the behavior of nextcloud was strange. I was logged out after jumping through some pages. This time i also recorded the number of clients connected to redis. It was increasing until maxclients value and then either reseted or crashed:

Ok i've found out, that this is caused by the running notify_push app. This requires redis, so i'm really interested in find a solution here, because i would like to have notify_push enabled in the future.
