Claimed records not appearing in the beginning but at the end of owned records

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. claim two records
2. claimed records appear at the end of owned records

Actual result
Claimed records not appearing in the beginning but at the end of owned records

Expected behavior
have the newly claimed records appear first to avoid user confusion
