Because your fryer oil has a life story and the health inspector wants to read it
FryLedgr tracks the complete lifecycle of commercial deep fryer oil across every unit in a franchise operation — TPM levels, filter cycles, temperature logs, change timestamps, and supplier batch IDs — assembled into an audit-ready compliance trail that holds up under any inspection. It connects directly to IoT oil quality sensors or accepts manual entry from a tablet mounted to the fryer hood, so there is no gap in the record and no excuse for one. Franchise operators stop getting surprise shutdowns because this software treats fryer oil with the seriousness it has always deserved.
- Full per-unit oil lifecycle tracking across unlimited franchise locations

FryLedgr is built on a microservices backbone with each fryer unit reporting into an isolated ingestion service that normalizes sensor payloads before they hit the core ledger. The primary data store is MongoDB, which handles the high-volume transactional write load from concurrent sensor streams across hundreds of simultaneous franchise locations without complaint. A Redis layer holds the full historical oil change log for every unit for fast audit retrieval. Services communicate over a lightweight internal event bus and the whole thing deploys to a single Docker Compose file because I have no interest in paying for a Kubernetes cluster.
