Content: Searchbar Guide

I'd like to start a build guide based on creating a search bar component. This is one thing I feel Solid does really well. Additionally creating a search filter isn't easily found online and it's a core feature of a lot of navigation. As a new programmer this is something I had to really dig into to figure out with some guidance by @Jutanium

We had a previously conversation on discord about creating walkthroughs/build guides. We can discuss how to move forward with this as I don't think this section has been fully fleshed out yet

Hey - not sure about a build guide for the docs, as we already have a getting started guide that introduces concepts along the way. Where would you suggest this fits into our structure?
