Upgrade TypeScript from ^5.9.2 to ^6.0.2. Add explicit types array to tsconfig.json for node and mocha since TS 6 no longer auto-includes @types/* packages. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
