Underworld Geodynamics
ShellSet - Parallel Dynamic Neotectonic Modelling. Uses a modified version of the Fortran grid search found here: https://github.com/JonBMay/Fortran-Grid-Search. Cite with DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.7014619
This repository contains data and post-processing analysis for a 2D numerical model of subduction. The focus of this analysis is to calculate the vertically integrated horizontal force balance.
A Python Package for 3D Boundary-Element Modeling in Geodynamics
A collection of tools built to process, analyze, and present planetary data. Divided into three projects, this repository is a result of a 5-month long internship at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) for a Master's thesis research. We present a deep dive into MOLA elevations, MARSIS radars, and numerical simulations for the Noctis Mons region
ASPECT input files of various previously tested strain weakening parameters for continental extension for "Stranding continental crustal fragments during continent breakup: Mantle suture reactivation in the Nain Province of Eastern Canada" (Geology, 2023).
It is based on the thermal convection models of the Annulus Earth and shows a diagnostic heat-flux calculation. It also extends further to other planetary bodies by adding different physical parameters and setting up several planetary interior models.
