Deployment script things to not forget to fix

• Salt formula redis has "tcp-backlog 511" enabled in /etc/redis/redis.conf which breaks state.highstate on sessions1
• code.compat rsyncs without checking if it has the most required data.json file.
• SocialProfile and WebPlatformDocs MediaWiki extensions needs to be the same version as it was in production
• SocialProfile, in file UserProfile/SpecialUpdateProfile.php line 110 $can_create = (empty($user->getEmailAuthenticationTimestamp()) === true)?false:$can_create;
• In mmonit/files/defaults.conf.jinja, mail server and alert email are hardcoded
• OpenDKIM is hardcoded to TCP port instead of original UNIX socket, related Enable SPAMAssassin checks on outgoing mails #27 and Migrate Mailhub configuration back into our states #98
• Make webplatform.com non hardcoded in salt/code/files/root-com/index.html
• Make memcache/redis config non hardcoded in salt/code/files/wiki/LocalSettings.php.jinja
• Make BugGenie theme aware of webplatformstaging, including piwik? see salt/code/files/buggenie/b2db_bootstrap.inc.php.jinja
• Remove wp-piwik extension from blog. We don’t need it as Piwik is good enough anyway
• MySQL backups: do not backup wptestwiki, information_schema, mysql, performance_schema
• In BugGenie, theme relies on an asset on the wiki theme that changed location, search for https://docs.webplatform.org/w/extensions/WebPlatformDocs/skin/images/sidebar-top.svg
• Piwik tracking on multiple domains could be more specific. Instead of *.webplatform.org on Piwik siteId 1, maybe use ['docs.webplatform.org', 'blog.webplatform.org','project.webplatform.org','www.webplatform.org']. Ref Piwik setDomains method
• _utils/new-saltmaster? when starting new salt master, packages /srv/code/packages/apt/udplog* and libboost dont get installed automatically
