fix: regenerate uv.lock after version bump to 0.11.2

PR #73 bumped pyproject.toml version 0.11.1 → 0.11.2 but did not regenerate uv.lock, causing CI to fail on uv sync --locked.

Changes

• uv.lock: regenerated via uv lock — http-mcp entry updated to 0.11.2, lock revision 2 → 3
• pyproject.toml: version 0.11.1 → 0.11.2
• .github/workflows/dev.yml: add --exclude .claude/ to mdformat check step
• .githooks/pre-push: reformat for readability; add --exclude .claude/ to mdformat
• .claude/agents/security-code-reviewer.md: fix malformed frontmatter — replace inline pseudo-header with proper YAML --- block
